My pleasure .. be prepared for some changes in your scheme but in time

it will work out to be user friendly.

 

And .. I might as well tell folks why I said don't start files with last

names .. like, Jones, Cindy .. better to be Cindy Jones .. because you

will find folks sending e-mails with addresses like 1376 or some

such .. and signing it .. Cindy. I got forty-eleven customers with that

name .. hard to determine who it is unless I look only in those files

beginning with Cindy. ;-) In time I learn to recognize the steady

customers addresses .. but sometimes they change their addresses and I

have to go back and ask them .. which Cindy or Linda are you? :-P
