Guest guest
Rally need to cut some spearmint and lemon balm (melissa). What time of day is the best to get the highest quality of oil? If it makes any difference, I live north of Houston, TX. I had thought that early morning was the best on all herbs, but remember reading a few weeks ago my Marge (I think) that oils containing ? was best picked(cut), in the evening. Guest guest
Anita, I know there is always some moisture in the air, but I would not pick my herbs when there is 95 % humidity in the air.. I meant a good dry day... C-M
