I'll spend some more time there soon. I didn't realise swiss chard was used

often in the US. We call it silverbeet here and often substitute it for

spinach because it seems to grow for a longer season.

 

I thought of you over the weekend - I went to a fruit winemaking course on

Saturday and thought how nice it would be to make a rose petal wine after

reading your other rose petal drink recipes. All I have to do now is get

hold of some basic equipment and loads of fruit!
