THANKS for the links, Butch. I finally got through them. Very interesting. My

spots don't welt up but spread out. I find that when I itch to the point of

breaking the skin, the intense itching stops. This makes no cents as most of

these sites say that it is almost impossible to dislodge the tube that causes

the problem in the first place. I don't understand as our lawn is mowed almost

2x a week and not even the kids (teens and even when younger) didn't get bit. I

don't ever go even close to the tree row where the dog does his duty. Thanks
