Guest guest
Have to giggle about this one! One of my clients is diabetic with high BP. He not only grows tea tree on his 'farm' but uses it as well. Not affecting him at all! As with all oils caution is a good watchword, but we must also work out whether the tea tree used is high in cineole or terpinol-4. Possibly there are people allergic to one or the other. Hate the smell of tea tree (lavender also), but wouldn't be without it. I buy it from my client by the litre. The hydrosol is terrific on dogs when they are washed. Fleas aren't too keen, but also heals wounds in working dogs. Keep to the standard precautions of spraying away from face and genitals (applies to humans as well), although if it is poured into the rinse water that can be difficult.
