OT Subject lines

So! ... and all this time I thought I must not be using it correctly.

Anybody else having this problem? I simply don't know how to scan the

entire archive. I am only able to scan one page of messages at a time

and, of course, there are hundreds of pages. :-/ If we use Butch's

good advice about labeling of subject lines we could at least visually

scan topics page by page.

 

Can anyone share a better way to work the search engine?

Specifically, how do you scan the entire archive in one search? I've

already read their " Messages Help " page & they don't address

search issues. There is some wonderful stuff in the archives for this

group - but it would be all the more wonderful if l actually knew how

to access it.
