Guest guest
I use their serums & cleanser, love the stuff! I've considered making my own as well, but when I figured up the expense of buying all the EO's & carriers, I decided it was really not worth the trouble. For example, my $28 1 oz. bottle of Free Radical Serum has lasted for over 6 months, and I've still got a couple of month's worth left. At that rate of use, even if I bought the minimum quantity required to make my own version, I'd probably end up throwing things out as their shelf life expired. After all, for most carrier oils you have to buy at least 4 oz. And EO's you use only a few drops per oz of carrier. Plus, considering I also use the Eye Synergy, Balance, Nurture, and AST (in rotations, not all at once!) it would cost WAY more to get ALL the ingredients to make them all! I *do* stretch my toner by using some hydrosols as well. But I love her toner, it has a better " feel " than just straight hydrosol. Now, if you have lots of other uses for the carriers and EO's, I'd say " go for it " . But otherwise, trying to make your own could end up costing more than just buying the AL products. Disclaimer - I am not affiliated with Aromaleigh in any capacity other than as a satisfied (very!) customer! But I am also a penny-pincher so I researched MIY serums! -Melissa
