Hi All

My name is Mary and I live with my husband Kim and our two children in

Alberta. I am a CBE and NFP teacher and we like to live as naturally as

possible. I prefer natural means for healing and so always seek those

out first. . I have been using herbs for years and sometimes

aromatherapy and essential oils but don’t know very much about the

latter two. I consider myself still a novice with herbs but have used

them long enough to be relatively comfortable. I am here to mostly

learn.

Cheers

Welcome aboard Mary! :)

We're glad to have you here. Get comfy, make yourself right at home and

please don't hesitate to jump right into the conversations (and start a

few of your own too!)
