Suppliers revisted and thanks!

Having said that, I also believe in letting the good companies know how much

I appreciate their quality of customer service along with the quality of

their merchandise.

I do agree with you. Sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of everyday life,

we get caught up in the complaints and supposed wrongs we've endured, to

remember to take into account our blessings.

 

Thanks for the gentle reminder.

 

The company I spoke of in my previous post.....I did send an email first.

To which, I did not get a reply, so I called the company for the quote, and

I was told they would get back to me. I still haven't heard back. I have

withheld the name of this company, as I will not unfairly taint the name of

their business. It's very possible that the customer service rep I spoke

with is no longer with this company, or it was a simple oversight. It does

happen. I will give them another chance, and call back.

 

I would like to take the time to say thanks to the following companies....I

have done business with them many times, and they do have excellent customer

service and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the

merchandise.

I haven't yet done business with Chris or Butch, but this is something I

will soon remedy. I am saving up for my wish list of items I desire from

both of their companies. Perhaps I will win the lottery. <VBG> If I

do....they will be the next ones to know! LOL But if the lottery doesn't

come through, I will still purchase from them.

 

I have done business with several other companies....so far, I have been

very satisfied with everything that I have purchased. (Sorry, the names

escape me at the moment.)

 

So again....a big thank you to all those suppliers that do have great

products with great customer service.

 

And to you Rosanne...thanks for the reminder that everyone needs to have a

big pat on the back for a job well done.
