I know the site http://the-buying-group.com has aloe butter, but I can't speak for its quality since I haven't gotten it. Don't know of anyone right off hand that sells it, would recommend doing a search for it through google or one of those. You might then recognize someone you have done business with in the past, and know their reputation. As for aloe oil, is there such a thing? I know there is aloe gel, or the natural substance from a fresh aloe leaf, and it is kinda watery, therefore might not go well in a lip balm.
