OT - Medicines form the Earth conference in Black Mtns NC

Patty, I spent a restful weekend in Cherokee a few weeks ago, my first visit

there, and plan on spending many more. I wasn't able to venture out, as I've

been ill for several months, but there is so much natural beauty there, that I

have no doubt that you will shoot many masterpieces!! We rented a cabin on the

river, which was about six feet from our back deck! We slept with the door

open, with extra blankets on, so we could hear the river as we slept!

Patty, I'm not going this year but i have gonein the past. Have you been there

before? I loved it! Such a beautiful place. it was a healing experience for me.

Is anyone from the list going? I'm going and wondering if anyone would be

there. Also, I'm going up a couple days early to the Cherokee, NC area and

wondering if anyone was near that area or knew of any really cool places to

go. I

also do photography so I'm looking for places to shot masterpieces and/or
