I have a face cream that I make... all the liquid phase is hydrosol... when I remember, I add just about one drop per oz of eo, just to 'boost' the aroma... I don't use a blender... I keep the water phase warm for 20 mins to 'pasteurize' it... then dribble in the warmed oils while beating with an electric beater... comes out nice and thick and creamy.
