Guest guest
Here's another question for those of you with farm animals. Is there anything you use that will get rid of horseflies? Yesterday, our horse had about 10 of these things just swarming him!! I have a fly spray that works for everything else, but not horseflies!! I've talked to several people who have horses and they said basically nothing works on these things!! The fly spray I use now has a high content of Citronella but also pyromethin (sp). I figure with all the stuff I have for soapmaking and such, I should have something that will get rid of these things!!! Thanks, Nikie Brown After The Rayne - Handmade Soaps and Toiletries nbrown http://www.aftertherayne.com 936-203-3188
Guest guest
Hi, Check Marge Clark's site: Nature's Gift. She has a formula she gives called " Skeeter Beater. " Her daughter has horses and uses it for them. Warmly, Bobbye , " Nikie Brown - After The Rayne " <nbrown@a...> wrote: > Here's another question for those of you with farm animals. It would appear that you did some research on the Nature's Gift web site...becasue that's the formula that we designed several years ago....we used to share it freely... >10 parts Lemonscented Tea Tree (Leptospermom petersonii) > >2 parts Sumatra Patchouli > > 2 parts Atlas Cedarwood in fact...one of our newsletters does mention someone using it on horseflies... it's always nice to give credit where credit is due.... oh...and everything posted on our website IS copywrited, Diana...
