Guest guest
Touching on poison ivy again. A friend of mine has come in contact with poison ivy. I told her about the Jewelweed, but is there any type of balm I can make for her? She was asking if I had any lanolin, which I do, so I was thinking about making a balm for her with the lanolin in it. Knock wood, I haven't come in contact with poison ivy so I don't really know what to tell her. I know she needs to keep washing the area to get rid of the oil. I also directed her to a website to show her what Jewelweed looks like and such. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! It can be used fresh, as a tea and as a tincture. I know that Herbs, Etc out of Santa Fe, NM has a blend called " Ivy Itch Re-leaf " that contains it http://www.herbsetc.com/shopping/i/ivy_itch_releaf.htm *Smile* Chris (list mom) http://www.alittleolfactory.com
