Hey Deb,

The issue was about rubber eye droppers like we find in some medications

and some sellers of Oregano/Olive Oil provide in the bottles. Molecules

of the rubber will leach into the EO .. quickly.

The droppers/reducers found in most retail size EO now are phenolic and

resistant to this .. same for phenolic caps. I learned the hard way the

first year of operation that I had to use phenolic caps .. some EO would

eat at the normal ones in a month or so .. but Lemon Myrtle would start

to work on the normal ones within hours. ;-)

Welcome fer'shur .. and y'all keep smiling. :-)

Butch http://www.AV-AT.com ......... Who .. by the way, spent a

lotta time time last night searching for more info on various colors of

glass .. with no success. Perhaps someone here will remember the Finish

Professor who used to be on Idma .. years ago .. first name was Daemon.

He came on strong with some powerful scientific data in support of my

position and contrary to the position of a Ph.D. Chemist who was on the

list at the time. Problem is .. that old information (mid 90s) in my old

PC .. and locked tighter'n a gnat's butt stretched over a wagon wheel.

If any of you folks who have been around a long time remembers his full

name/addy .. I would thank you mucho for passing it along to me.
