Reminds me of last year when my family and I were going through a particularily bad spot, if you remember it was all the kids plus myself had pneumonia, then my baby had 5ths disease and the husband and I had 5ths induced arthritis and and and... it was a HORRIBLE year last year. This year is SO much better. If all I have to contend with is allergies, conjunctivits and an ugly spot I'll be REALLY happy. I've been plying mel with moisturisor as I do get " dry spots " , but even I have to admit that mel is different. I'm still hoping he's going to up and disappear and then I can spend my time doing other things! :-) So far, no good. But being an eternal optimist... Thursday is far away! ;-) Oh! Wish me luck, tomorrow is me race. A juicy little 12 K to start the day off with. I have to get up at 4 in the morning, leave the house by 5 (which means I'll probably get up at 4:45 and leave at 5:10) drive for an hour, take Bart into SF, try and find my people in amongst 80 thousand people and then walk/run/pant/huff/gasp for two hours. Well. I DO get free tee-shirts and a new hat out of it. :-) K Cheers! Guest guest
Hey Karen, Effie, Kathleen .. other good folks .. > Just ask your statistician. numbers can be made to mean anything... > Karen J Dang betcha on that one. I figger that despite all the crap they sell that is supposed to slow down the aging process, the only way it could really happen is if it had to work itself through the Congressional process. > Hey Woobey Girl--age is a number and you can do whatever you want with > it. The old saying, " I can't turn back the clock, but I can wind it up > again. " It seems I am winding more and more every day (ha, ha). Yo Effie .. read the other day that the real sign that a person thinks they are getting old is when they decide to stop buying green bananas. > Blessings and love, > Effie > >>but hey, I'm old, it's TIME for me to start falling apart! ROFLMAO! Yo Kathleen .. that don't necessarily happen .. but about the worst thing I can imagine is you go to that doctor and he tells you, " I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is that you ain't no hypochondriac. " Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch .. who ain't near as old as he used to be.
