Like I said .. its a matter of just how ridiculous the Gummit employee

wants to be .. how much zeal they put into their position. For sure we

can expect to find bureaucrats that want to show how well they know all

the ridiculous regs .. and others who are more experienced will not even

think of messing with such crap.

It was a CYA move on the part of the clerk .. simple as that.

I lived with such stuff for 9.5 years while running my Turkish company.

Its one of the things I do not miss .. divorcing this gummit was the

best move I've made in a long time. On days when it rained and days

when the customs inspectors wife didn't kiss him good bye when he left

in the morning .. the rules were different than the previous day .. or

even the day to follow.
