recommendation for uses?

Hello everyone,

I am new to this group as well as to aromatherapy, but I am very

fascinated by both. Actually I have a question. After fining out

that aromatherapy is my new interest, a friend of mine got me all of

single nodes from Aveda. I noticed that all of these essential oils

are diluted with a carrier oil and the concentration is not stated

anywhere. Nevertheless this was a very pricy and sweet gift, so I

would really like to take as much advantage of these single nodes as

possible. Is anyone here familiar with them? Do you have any good

recommendation for uses? I would really appreciate any advice that I

can get.
