Guest guest
Hi Pam, I tried making it once, I am a good cook- terrible baker- my Italian family has a hard time with measuring tsp, we only know pinches and dashes-LOL..... but I make strawberry jam and mint jelly every year, it comes out great, the rose- YUCK!!!!! I can't remember what kind of roses I used not wild but I did something wrong. I always made it with any fragrant rose petals. and if so - can you use any type of rose? Oh and I make it in the freezer jam recipe, not the cooked jam. Let me see if I can find that recipe... it has been years since I made any.
