Hi, It's not going to help you today, But If you order Butch's cocoa

absolute, and sniff it, your cravings will be over...I've sniffed half the

bottles already, LOL

 

Works, Now, if only it melted the pounds too...LOL

How about almonds and dried dates? Together, they're like eating candy, and

although there are a few calories, they're healthy ones.

I put a recipe in the files for you -- raw apricot cookies. Sounds like

what you were looking for, hope they satisfy your sweet tooth! :-)

Sandra,

Almonds and dates a great snacks.

I make a mix of no-salt sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and a few

of those tiny chocolate chips..:)

It' s my munchy jar..
