It contains natural sclareol, a phytoestrogen that mimics estrogen function. It may help with menstrual cramps, PMS, and pre-menopause symptoms and may help with circulatory problems. Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) is a decongestant of the prostate and balances hormones. It is anti-inflammatory and reduces scarring. It also helps with nerve inflammation.
