Hey David,

Lemme tell you one I tried and I love it. Folks know about my Rose

Petal Jam http://www.av-at.com/jam.html .. been out of stock in my

Maryland company for a few months but its a hot seller .. dozens and

dozens of folks on back order and I hope to have some in by late May.

Point is .. a few months back I started sprucing up plain yoghourt with

this and that as I want to eat a lot of yoghourt but there is only so

much you can eat when its plain .. that is, unless you are a Turk. The

Turks can and do eat it alone as a snack .. almost every meal.

I have used all kinds of nice fruits mixed with it .. just last night I

bought two kilos of fresh strawberries .. big muthers .. cost 63 cents

a kilo (2.2 lbs) and sliced them, sprinkled on a bit of sugar and have

them marinating in their own juices in the refrigerator now. Sometime

today I'll mix 1/3 of them with a kilo of plain yoghourt and that will

be my snack for the rest of the week .. it satisfies my sweet tooth.

Couple of months ago I mixed Rose Petal Jam with yoghourt .. and it was

larpin' gud. Then I poured a bit of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup in with

it and it was gud enough to make one throw their grandpappy in the crik.

So .. just another recipe to throw out. :-)
