Guest guest Posted May 1, 2004 Report Share Posted May 1, 2004 my allergies are giving me a lot of grief. My dr. just changed me from Zyrtec to Claritin to see if that will help. In the meantime my nose is so sore inside - dry, bleeding, running --- you name it. I was thinking about making a saline spray. What proportions should I use? Anyone have any other suggestions?
