Guest guest Posted May 29, 2007 Report Share Posted May 29, 2007 does anyone know what the properties of rooibos (red bush tea from Africa) are? i realize it came to the West relatively recently and cannot find any information about it in any Chinese herb books. i thought it would be warm but would love to know for sure. thank you! It's warm, sweet, and slightly bitter, has no caffeine, yet has up to 50 times the antioxidents of green tea.
