does anyone know what the properties of rooibos (red bush tea from

Africa) are? i realize it came to the West relatively recently and

cannot find any information about it in any Chinese herb books. i

thought it would be warm but would love to know for sure.

thank you!

Kimberly

Hi Kimberly,

Check out http://www.africanredtea.com/

and http://www.rooibosteacompany.com/rooibosteahouse.html

(If you call them, speak to Nira, and tell her I referred you)

I recommend rooibos to many of my patients. It's warm, sweet, and slightly

bitter, has no caffeine, yet has up to 50 times the antioxidents of green tea.

Good luck,

Yehuda
