Guest guest
Does anyone have any informal self-help ideas for migraines during pregnancy? This is for a friend who is not nearby to treat; so I don't have much intake info. She is 34, 11 weeks pregnant, thin body, history of migraines that come with menses. She had success in the past when taking Migrelief, which is I believe Mangnesium, Riboflavin, and feverfew. I am not sure if this is safe/safer than tylenol (which she is taking now)....any ideas? Guest guest
Yesterday, an initial consult told me that she no longer suffers migraines since she started doing magnesium supplementation. Prior to that time she had daily headaches, and a few migraines per week. Just one data point.
