It takes me a few hours a week, usually during my daughters piano lesson or other times when I am forced to sit still for a while. It is really very simple, just fill out a HICVA form for each patient. I usually bill once every 3 visits because the form will accomodate 3 sessions. I must say, however, that insurance companies can be annoying - their job seems to be not pay me, my job is to get paid, and we meet somewhere in the middle.
