One article on that page is by Subhuti Dharmananda Ph.D " Restructuring American

Acupuncture " (though it sounds like it might be true for British acu too?). He

talks about

the treatment frequency and duration.

 

It was said earlier in this discussion " in the west people like their space,

time, and privacy. "

There is another video on Google of the founder of Working Class Acupuncture

making a

presentation at the school I attended, OCOM. Her point is that there are a lot

of working

class people who are in pain who don't care about individual treatments, they

just want

results. I have visited the WCA clinic and I think I agree. They don't have a

single private

treatment room and they treat 350 patients a week. The clinic runs on the fees

the

patients pay. It makes sense to me that there are different kinds of people and

they want

different things. That's true about everything else, why not acupuncture too?
