Does anyone have any ideas / resource info about selling one's

(incorporated) acupuncture practice? I am considering a change in

life direction and possibly moving at some point in the future, and

would love to find someone to take over a well-functioning operation

I've put a lot of energy and resources into, and get some financial

compensation for it.

There is a listing possibility of AcupunctureToday. I was looking for a practice

to buy a few months ago, and looked what was for sale. There are also brokers

that may help you.

I've heard a couple of times that the price should be set equivalent to one

year's gross income. However, I don't know of anyone who has purchased or

sold a practice at that price.

The price are usually between % 30 to % 50 of yearly groos incom + depricited

equipmets.

The reason is any service biz.like insurance.accounting, clinics,The oprator is

the goodwill or real value of the biz.and when it changes hand almost %50 of

clients will be gone and almost it is impossible to keep them all. Ed Ahmadi
