Guest guest
I'm setting up some ceu's for post grad acupuncturist a need to know what you would like to learn to help you better as a clinician. What do you think was missing in you education that is still in you scope of practice. So far I'm going to teach the external herbs (I have almost 200 formulas from my instructors over thirty years) How shamanism is the root to (my Grandfather was the Medicine Man Of my Native Indian Tribe) and how it will help you interpret the classics. I have people explaining the bio basis of acupuncture based on the works of Deke Kendall and others (really great to know if you are in integrative medicine and need to explain it in a western paradigm). Simplified versions of muscle skeletal testing and rehab exercises. Pulse based in the 5 elements. Red flags. Biochem of the systems, herbs phytochem. I want to know what you would like me to incorporate into the curriculum. Any suggestions are all appreciated.
