Guest guest
I have a patient with probably early stage shingles. Severe burning pain along a nerve pathway (lateral L leg, calf height) that is keeping her up at night (2 nights). No blisters yet. Can I make a raw formula or a formula with granules and she can apply it topically? As well as internally. Something based on Long Dan Xie Gan? Any suggestions appreciated. I have treated patients after the blisters have appeared and use (patents, sorry...but trying to branch out : ) Long Dan Xie Gan Tang and Xiao Chai Hu Tang and surround the dragon needling with good success. In this case, the blisters have not appeared and I would like to help her shorten the course if I can. Thanks for your help.
