Does the gentleman with hematospermia happen to believe that ejaculation is

somehow part of good uro-genital health i.e. something like urinating to avoid

UTI's? People have been taught not only that ejaculation has no link with

kidney disease, but that sperm remaining in the vesicles leads to infection. A

life-long practice of this kind of hygiene could lead to problems.

Hi Carl-

I'm not really even sure if this is exactly

hematospermia. The blood seems to follow ejaculation

and only occasionally. And, I do not think he has

this view of ejaculation (as part of uro-genital

health). It seems to be that his sexuality is

strongly tied to his self esteem.
