Guest guest
I wondered if anyone can share their experience with office management software. What have you used? Was it worth it? What were the actual advantages of using software? What were you unhappy with? Would you choose another product next time? Thanks, Angela Pfaffenberger .. Guest guest
Dear Ms. Pfaffenberger, I have been using TaoClinic for about a year now. It is a CM practice management suite. It has great functionality ie patient tracking, billing (including insurance codes), E-mail function, SOAP notes, medical questionnaire, patient progress tracking points and herbs database that are editable, herbs prescription function, diagnostic tools and more. TaoClinic let's you manage several practitioners if you need to. This quarter there will be an update for the calendar which is, right now, a bit too simple and a little bothersome. Costing $399 (incl. one year's free updates) I find that it gives great value for the money. It is downloadable for instant use at www.taoclinic.com - and no! I am not receiving any benefits from them - just a happy customer On the downside, I don't think it is available for Mac, it's only available in English (it uses XP as platform so any language and currency is usable within the software, though), and you can't anything with the calendar function open - as mentioned this should be fixed in the upcoming update though. Guest guest
I use Taoclinic for all office management. It also has a wealth of information regarding herbs, acupuncture points and combinations and many other features, that help you with patient diagnosis. You can see their website at www.taoclinic.com or write to me with any specific questions. joyces - Angela Pfaffenberger Chinese Medicine Tuesday, January 23, 2007 7:48 PM software I wondered if anyone can share their experience with office management software.
