Guest guest
Hi all, Maybe this is not a TCM question, but I hope someone can tell me something. Have you used Magnesium Chloride for patients with Osteoarthritis? It's works? (Of course as TCM complement) Best regards, Fernando Dougnac C. Guest guest
Hi Fernando, Why specifically Magnesium Chloride (as opposed to other forms delivering Magnesium such as Citrate, Sulfate, Oxide, Aspartate or Malate, Lactate or Gluconate? Two things I can tell you are that to the best of my knowledge, Citrate is the most bio-available form and is therefore easiest to integrate, and second, Magnesium is the delivery system directing Calcium to the bones, without which Osteoporosis, Calcium deposits and bone spurs occur, as well as Osteoarthritis I would suspect. So Magnesium, yes, Chloride, why? Yehuda Frischman, L.Ac.
