Guest guest
Sharon: I think it would still hold that you treat what you see. My money in Vegas, would say you will see KI Yin Vacuity. I am a 5E trained practitioner, so I am going to keep the constitutional factor in mind. For instance, if I beleive their CF is fire and there is KI yin vacutiy, I will treat KI first (this is me) and I will also ground the treatment in Fire Points (check the pulses to see what is needed). I personally have had these menopausal symptoms over the last 2 years. I only get acupuncture once a month (my practitioner is an hour and a half from where I live). I eventually had a very well trained herbalist, come up with a concotion for me - it has mostly KI yin herbs also Ki yang, LR Qi Dep, some SP herbs. I felt like a new woman. The euphoric effects wore off. I take a lower dosage and it helps keep these symptoms under control. I treat women with these same symptoms, some with acupuncture and a patent herb, and some with acupuncture only and it also works quite well. Hope this helps, Anne -------------- Original message ---------------------- sharon weizenbaum <sweiz > So, here's my question for practitioners after all this talk about > menopause. > > When a patient comes in saying that they have issues relating to > menopause, we are trained to treat what we see.
