Is it http://www.acupedia.net/index.php?title=Main_Page ? Looks like

its online and covering herbs as well, although the domain name

doesn't give any clues to this.

Looks like that is another project with the same name... I emailed Peter and

asked him if he knew about this website. I will let you know when I hear

from him.
