Esteemed Colleagues,

 

I thought you would find the above new journal intriguing because of

it's " open source " format. This means you get full text for free, and

the copyright tells you to please make copies and distribute. But you

must do it in completeness. Try going to the first article at the

above site. The footnotes are hyperlinked to the bibliography.

Equally amazing is clicking on the links in the bibliography takes you

to a full free text paper. A graduate student's delight! You get

free full text articles that lead to free full text articles.

 

I'll leave it to you to decide if the content is also compelling.
