Guest guest
I've used vetiver oil in baths to help relieve tension but haven't used it internally. I checked my herbals (I practiced western herbalism for over 20 years before acupuncture school so have a bunch) and it can be used internally for circulation problems. It appears to relieve heat so that's my best guess as to how it gets rid of certain types of headaches. The plant is used to help clean up the environment actually and is easily grown in warmer places than here in Alaska. Its available at many nurseries. Try Mountain Rose herbs they can usually get anything that is available or Penn Herb. Both have websites. I'm sure Nichols a mailorder plant nursery could get it for you or tell you where to find it as well. Make sure they get the herb though not the oil for internal use.
