Hi Chris,

One great source of information is Paul Pitchford's book " Healing With Whole

Foods " . He has alot of western biochem in there as well. It's a great book, and

completely annotated. Other good sources are " The Nutrition Almanac " ,Elson

Haas's " Staying healthy With Nutrition " , Rodale's " Complete Book of Minerals

for Health " , Mel Werbach's " Nutritional Influences on Illness " , my nutrition

textbook from school, " Understanding Nutrition " vy Whitney and Rolfes, " Dr

Wright's guide to Healing with Nutrition " , by Jonathan Wright, and the site:

www.mercola.com.

One additional thought: Years ago, I remember hearing about a guy in Arizona,

I believe, named Paul Eck (I think he was a chiropractor) who was quite an

expert on the biochemistry of minerals. Does anyone know anything about him.

Hope I've been helpful.

Much success in all you do,

Yehuda
