remodelling and skeletal-support tissues.

 

Formula 1: Kanggu Zengsheng Wan (, Resist Osteoproliferation

Yinyanghuo-Hb Epimedii grandiflori

Dose: 6-8 pills, tid;

Actions: Tone LV & KI, Tone Qi, Tone Yang, Strengthen Bone & Sinew,

Uses: Arthralgia, tendon pain; to dissolve bone exostoses / hyperplasia /

(periostitis, heel-spurs, vertebral calcification, osteophytosis, vertebral and

cervical spondylitis, heel spurs, deformities dt rheumatoid arthritis), chronic

cervical subluxation, spinal inflammation, slipped or dislocated intervertebral

NOTE: Local IR Laser, or TENS can remove pain from local periostitis

within days; Local cupping, moxa or Guasha may help also. Felix Mann

advocated periosteal AP (pecking the most painful areas of the periostitic

lesion, for example in epicondylitis of the elbow) in addition to other AP

points.
