simple unique way to stop nose bleeding

hi,

 

just watch a vcd about gua sha.right in the section about how to stop

nose bleeding, the doctor in the vcd said,put your hand in front of

your body,then hook your middle fingers to each other,after that pull

them against each other for 5 seconds.he said it would stop the

bleeding.

i dunno that will work out or not,but there's nothing to lose trying

that
