The treatment of urologic conditions after a prostectomy

Hello,

Does anyone have experience or suggestions to share

with a post prostectomy patient... mid 50's male at 3

months post prostectomy who is incontinent and has ED.

He was told recovery would take up to 6 months. The

procedure was robotic, and he was sedated for a very

long time during the procedure. He is considered

healthy by WM. There are 5 scars on his abdomen where

the robotic intruments entered, most significant,

about an inch on the Ren just above Ren 8. He also

has scars on the back (unrelated) and one in

particular goes across the UB line on the left. Saw

him for the first time, he shows phlegm, hot above and

cold below, with qi stagnation, some blood stasis and

an underlying qi deficiency.
