Help with identifying Chinese name for repatriation of personal articles

A friend of mine had a family member that was in the secret service during

WWII. That family member passed on and my friend was left with a number of

pieces that came from families from China. My friend is trying to return these

items to the original families.

 

I have a couple of PICS of an item that most likely has the name of the

family in Chinese. If someone would be kind enough to take a look at these

PICS and let me know what it says, I would appreciate it. This piece may have

value to the family and it would be nice if we could get it back to them.

 

Let me know if you are interested in helping wit this and I will send

along the pictures for translation.
