Paediatric Arthritis

Hi,

 

I have this new patient who is going to see me next week, he is 3 years old

and has been diagnosed with paediatric rheumatoid arthritis. I haven¹t seen

him yet for a full diagnosis etc.. But his joints are very swollen and hot

and he is under a lot of pain (specially his knees).

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this and any advice on

whether I should do some acupuncture, or herbs or both and any other

information on maybe vitamins or supplements. Any information would be of

great help. I will post a precise history after I see him.
