Cholesterol is nothing more than a nicotinic acid deficiency. A deficiency in nicotinic acid results in less NAD being formed (NAD is responsible for 80 percent of the oxidation of carbs as this is the molecule that delivers 80 percent of the hydrogen removed from carb by oxidation); as a result of an NAD deficiency, acetyl CoA's join together to make cholesterol or join glycerol to make triglycerides. Simply put, cholesterol represents incompletely oxidized carbs due to a B3 deficiency. Yeesh. That's why doctors always lowered cholesterol with nicotinic acid, until the statins came along. And statins just block the same enzyme that makes CoQ10 which means that the whole electron transport chain mechanism is broken because CoQ10 is reponsible for ensuring the

hydrogen gradient is built across the inner mitochondrial membrane. This is insanity folks.Clares Primus <mcharrisUndisclosed-RecipientSent: Thursday, July 17, 2008 3:23:36 PM Dr. Rath's weekly notices

Hi Clare:Yes, I got my information from http://doctorrotcod.com. She also has videos at YouTube which are linked from her web site and blog page. I can't find anything wrong with her logic. JoeClares Primus <mcharris Sent: Thursday, July 17, 2008 4:49:46 PMRe: Dr. Rath's weekly notices
