Hi all. I don't have time to look through all this just now so forwarding as is hoping others are not under such time constraints. Judging by the letter it is crucial that we understand just what the issues are, As we know the name of the game is about not allowing us to keep ourselves healthy so we must depend on pharma and the drugpushers---in a nutshell. I used to think well no matter what we can still remain healthy as long as we eat healthy have access to common spices and condiments--garlic-cayenne-cinnamon etc...common to households today---that those can never be taken away. But now I see that that is precisely what they are aiming for. One by one access to all of these is going to be denied--and at the same time food severly altered denatured and restricted. Didn't think it could be done? Look around.... Note: forwarded message attached.

Jane,

 

My name is Anthony Stephan from stopc51.com / Truehope. Leo suggested

that I send you a copy of the amendments. Please note the explanation

letter from the minister which clearly shows the direction they are

heading.

 

These are not really in circulation.

The reason that I say that is numbers of individuals that I have spoken

to do not have copies or have not seen them.

 

Its easy to see why when you look into them.

They have not resolved any concerns and are being sold by the

Minister as the new and improved version.

Take note that under these amendments that all plants and non human

animal tissue become therapeutic products under the act.

 

This means that all food will be regulated under the act. The

section 30(7) issues have not been resolved and the seizure sections

22-23 allowing them to search and seize your store without a court

order (in violation of Charter Section 8) is still in place.

 

The Minister will say "oh we would never invoke that part of the law"

Yup, I remember 1996 major Health Food seizures in Canada and the

Truehope story shows exactly how far they are prepared to go.
