Passwater,Ph.d. & Chithan Kandaswami,Ph.D..PYCNOGENOL The Super"Protector"Nutrint.Small book but a good read! You can boil the needles for around 20 minutes and make pine needle tea, if you type pine needle tea into a search engine you will find more info.In terms of juicing they are very difficult to juice. I tried juicing alot of needles and got virtually no juice. I ended up using the pulp in empty gelatin capsules. The tea may be good for you but takes too long to prepare, more of a survival skill incase you get lost in a forest. My conclusion was that there are easier ways to get good nutrition, but if your juicer can handle it give it a go, just be careful not to burn your motor out. Also it can be a bit messy so put some paper down first for the needles as there is a sticky sap on the branches. He stayed well, tho so thin and affected at first sight appeared not to be human, according to the report.
