I would advise that you check all labels. I chewed "Doublemint" for over 30 years and low and behold , it has both sugar , aspartame and Acesulfame Potassium now. I started reading all the chewing gum paks and I finally found one that didn`t have any aspartame or acesulfame potassium added and that is Dentyne Classic. I have ask checkout clerks, convience store managers, why in the hell are they adding aspartame and acesulfame potassium to what used to be "normal sugared gum". Nobody knows. Pretty soon, they will be adding it to candy and God only knows what else. Buyer Beware if you are like me and don`t want to chew or eat anything with this crap in it. By the way, check out "Acesulfame Potassium". You won`t want to consume
