Guest guest
I have purchased a " all natural " herbal remedy mix from the local feed store it is called " Flea Free " you can smell the garlic- it is a liquid and if my dog will not eat the snack with it in it, I can put it in her water- or I squirt a few drops into her mouth- It only takes a small amount. 1-888-869-8205 they are located in Homosassa, FL It has not rid my dog of every flea yet- but the results are 20 or more a day to 2 fleas. I imagine it has to build up in the blood first. The other product I have found, but not tried yet(my sister did, and she said every flea was dead overnight). is Comfortis, sorry I do not have the # just google the name. The product sounds like a pesticide- but the main ingredient is actually a rare type of bacteria- ck it out.
Guest guest
Here is a natural treatment that I got off another list. This person swears it works and I am going to try it this week. Here's the recipe: "Treat your pet monthly with a Homemade Flea Repellent. Place a thinly sliced lemon in a pint jar. Cover with boiling water an let the mixture soak overnite. In the morning spray or rub the mixture into your pets skin and fur until damp, Not Wet! " This person said he tried it and has not seen any fleas on his dogs. Can't hurt to try.
