Guest guest
CROSS POSTING APPRECIATED ........Dear friends, Just in case you know of someone who cannot take care of their animals due to financial strains or losing their homes, here are some websites they can go to before bringing their companion animal (s) to a shelter:Please pass this information to your friends. 1. Talk to your vet about a payment plan, and also they can also submit an assistance request to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) Helping Pets Fund. Your vet has to be a member of the society.2. Local shelters also can help with subsidized veterinary clinics or assistance programs in your area. Tell the shelter staff that The HSUS offers grants to animal shelters, rescue and adoption groups, and animal care and control agencies for programs that help families care for their pets in this time of economic crisis. For more information go to humanesociety.org/foreclosurepets3. Purebred dogs Contact the national club for that breed. Some clubs have veterinary assistance funds.4. Check with organizations such as United Animal Nations (uan.org) and In memory of Magic (imom.org) for financial assistance with vet bills.5. As soon as the person's financial situation is back on track, set up a pet savings account. I hope this information helps someone out there. «¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»§«¤»¥«¤»Paranormal_Research - Scientific Data, Health Conspiracies & Anything Strange Paranormal_ResearchSubscribe:...
