Guest guest
Here's a great recipe for a summertime tradition. Make sure to use good water (I believe reverse osmosis is the best). The fresh lemons will help to cleanse your liver and kidneys. Make sure to deeply smell the lemons as you're peeling them. There's evidence that the smell of lemons can boost your mood and make you feel happier. I juice my lemons in a champion juicer, which I believe to be very efficient. Also, use local honey. It will help with your allergies! One last tip - I like to grind one of the lemon peels in the garbage disposal. It makes the kitchen smell great and it freshens the smell in your disposal. 3 fresh lemons, juiced 2 cups hot water 1 cup honey ice Fill your pitcher with ice. Mix honey into hot water until dissolved. Add juice from fresh lemons. This should make at least 2 quarts, but you can adjust according to taste. Happy summer everyone!
